At Hustle Gymer, we strive to deliver your orders promptly and transparently. Below are the details of our shipping practices and tax obligations.

1. Order Processing

• Processing Time:
• Orders placed Monday–Friday before 5:00 PM EST are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days.
• Weekends/holiday orders begin processing the next business day.
• Extended Verification: Initial orders or shipments to alternate addresses may require 1–2 additional business days for fraud checks.
• Partial Shipments: We may split orders into multiple shipments. You remain responsible for full payment.

2. Shipping Options & Costs

• International:
• Delivery times vary by destination (7–21 business days).
• Fees include customs/duties estimates. Final charges are the customer’s responsibility.
• Real-Time Rates: Shipping costs auto-calculate at checkout based on destination and package weight/size.

3. Tracking & Delivery

• Tracking: A tracking number and carrier link are emailed once your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for updates.
• Delivery Issues:
• Check tracking first. If unresolved, contact us within 7 days of delivery date.
• We’ll coordinate with carriers to locate lost/damaged packages.

4. Shipping Restrictions

• Prohibited items (e.g., hazardous materials) will be canceled and refunded.

5. Taxes

• India Orders: 12.5% GST included in product prices (compliant with Indian tax laws).
• International Orders: Taxes/duties may apply at delivery. Check local regulations before ordering.

6. Title & Risk of Loss

• Ownership and risk transfer to you once we hand the package to the carrier.
• Damaged Goods: Inspect upon delivery. Report issues within 48 hours with photos for assistance.
