- Orders placed Monday–Friday before 5:00 PM EST are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days.
- Weekends/holiday orders begin processing the next business day.

Partial Shipments: We may split orders into multiple shipments. You remain responsible for full payment.
2. Shipping Options & Costs

- Delivery times vary by destination (7–21 business days).
- Fees include customs/duties estimates. Final charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Real-Time Rates: Shipping costs auto-calculate at checkout based on destination and package weight/size.
3. Tracking & Delivery

Tracking: A tracking number and carrier link are emailed once your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for updates.

- Check tracking first. If unresolved, contact us within 7 days of delivery date.
- We’ll coordinate with carriers to locate lost/damaged packages.
